Blue Yonder Research was setup in 2004 by its founder members Jonathan Million and Claire Reid. Jonathan had previously owned Direct Data Capture (DDC) a data prep company that gained a fabulous reputation and built tremendous relations with many companies, in-particular R&D companies who relied on the cleanest data, delivered to very precise deadlines, Jonathan ran DDC for 10 years, gaining time honoured contracts with blue chip companies, he did this with the help of his Customer Liaisons Officer, Claire Reid.
Claire’s background was customer service and the combination of the DDC data team and Claire’s professional approach to the clients needs, the company was ready for growth, and Blue Yonder Research was born. The new company would contain the in house skills to offer the best data prep, and the most robust fieldwork techniques that had created the foundations to build upon.
By recruiting the right people and networking within the industry, Blue Yonder can now offer a full service to clients, we have invested heavily in creating our in house viewing facilities, shopper facilities and building perceptive panels of people that are dedicated to testing for us and only us.
