Previously, Jonathan owned Direct Date Capture (DDC), a data preparation company that gained a fantastic reputation for both its work, and its maintenance of tremendous relationships with many companies. DDC proved exceptionally popular with clients in the Research and Development and Blue Chip sectors, as they relied on DDC’s provision of clean data, delivered to very precise deadlines. Jonathan ran DDC for ten years, before deciding to develop further with the help of his Customer Liaisons Officer, Claire Reid. With a combination of Claire’s successful background in customer service, her professional approach to clients, and the extensive expertise of the DDC data team, it was recognized that the in-house skills were available to create a new company offering the best data preparation and most robust fieldwork techniques: Blue Yonder Research was born.
