Access to the best panels in the north of England means that we can avoid the use of so –called professional group attendees, i.e. those who regularly attend groups despite claiming not to. Our panels have around 8,000 consumer members some of whom have worked with us for many years. We know that they only attend research sessions twice a year and we have full profiles of their demographics.

While not fully naïve neither are they trained panellists. This means that they are willing to undertake all kinds of research for us. For instance, for a global personal care client we have carried out in home video observation of the grooming regime at the time it takes place i.e. 7am! We have also videoed panellists using novel unfinished products to identify further design iterations.
