Jonathan has run his own Market Research Company for 14 years, making extensive contacts within the industry and creating innovative research techniques, and is very much the head of the Blue Yonder Team; he is actively involved with projects, creating methodologies for clients and merging modern technology with traditional robust market research techniques, to enhance the consumer message for the client in the quickest time possible. Having worked closely with some of the world's leading brands, Jonathan has both the experience and professionalism to add a wealth of value to any research project.
Having joined the Blue Yonder Team two years ago after completing her Masters degree, Hannah liaises with clients to design and develop studies which meet every objective of the client’s brief; she involves herself with every aspect of a project, overseeing and running Qualitative projects, including the recruitment stages, and providing Top-Line and detailed reports evidenced by consumer video footage as required. She also works closely with respondents, using her communication skills to get the best out of consumers and ensuring that the quality of candidates meets the high expectations of clients.
With 20 years experience of creating Media Data Bases and Data Management, Jeremy ensures that both our data and our equipment are maintained and secure, also offers technical support for Blue Yonder Research’s equipment; having invested heavily in high-tech Mac based IT infra structure, and High Definition Video Equipment, Jeremy allows us to use the best and latest editing facilities whilst making sure that the databases are secure and constantly updated.
Pauline has been a part of the Blue Yonder Team for 8 Years, prior to this she worked for a Blue Chip Personal Care company, heading their Consumer Technical Insight Data Preperation Team, Blue Yonder now benefits from these skills and have built a reputation of providing excellent quality clean data.
Graham has worked in the Audio Visual industry for over twenty years, his expertise in video capture and audio clarity have helped us develop the edits we output to our client to the highest standard. The responsibility of setting up the cameras and microphones to ensure we get the best out of every project we undertake, lies with Graham. By placing cameras in the optimum position for each individual project, he allows us to create the most detailed and insightful edits. Graham is also responsible for all our In Home video installations, which has greatly enhanced our in-home ethnographical capabilities.
Having worked in the distribution service for twenty five years, David has taken over the responsibility of ensuring that all our test products arrive with the consumer on time, arranging deliveries as necessary; he is also responsible for organizing the collection of products from consumers, making certain that their testing experience is a pleasant one, and that our return rate of questionnaires is above average.
Working within the industry for over twenty five years, Jenney has an amazing ability to connect with the consumer; her capacity to find fresh respondents to meet any specified criteria is second to none. She works tirelessly to find the right people for the research, maintaining her passionate view on quality; Jenney is well aware that ‘Rubbish In Equals Rubbish Out’.
With his knowledge and experience in the field of marketing design, Phil brings all aspects of Blue Yonder’s Media together; from proposals and briefs, to logos and websites, Phil ensures a cohesive identity to the company, whilst developing new ways to present data to clients with absolute clarity.
